In general, you don’t need to bring anything for your first appointment. However, if you have any specific medical issues that you want to address, it may be a good idea to bring any medical documents you consider relevant to your consultation.

Your first appointment normally takes 90 minutes which includes a consultation and an acupuncture treatment. Our acupuncturist will go through a list of comprehensive questions to come up with a treatment plan for your condition.

For most of the herbs, you can reorder them in-person or over the phone. However, we strongly recommend that you visit our herbalist first. Your condition may improve and we may adjust the dosage or replace with a different herb formula.
